The interpretive center is great - Have a sign saying what is open and when there are guides (if any), and when visitor center is staffed.

Ranger Issues / But Delightful Park Host - No Rating / 0 stars. We are avid campers and appreciate everything rangers do to keep the parks safe. We have enjoyed many washington parks and have created wonderful memories. But it is because of the ranger and noise, that Paradise point is one campground we will never be returning to. The ranger was condscending, confrotational and threatening. I have never felt so unwelcomed to a campground before. The Park Hosts however were nothing but sweet and and helpful.

Fishermans hideaway - We recently tent camped (Sept 9-13) I have to say it was the nicest time we ever had in the park. Not because we limited everyday on Pink salmon, but do to the fact that the state employee (named Laurie) treated us like family! She was very informative, eager to be part of our lives and share hers. She even went out of her way to bring us some homemade banana bread, on her own time. The camp ground was quite and clean! We will be back for sure! Keep up the good work and I pray you see the value in Laurie as we do. Keep her there whatever it takes! Thank you for the wonderful time!

- We liked it. The Flood of 2007 has changed things, I had a great time just floating down the river near the gentle rapids. The Rangers are great about bringing the firewood around. If you accidentally speak to one of the Rangers Before arrival you will find out there actually are not reservations at this Particular Park and this appeals to myself.

beautiful park - We stayed for 3 nights at the park. the ground are very well kept. The lawns are well watered and green. The day park is separate from the over night camping. The park is well monitored by the staff that is very friendly which include the Park Ranger, park staff and Camp Host. We will be back.

Private Sites, Great Beach - We love this park and come 3-4 timers a year. The sites are private and easy to maneuver a large trailer into. The loop-style set-up is great for young kids to ride bikes around, beach access is easy, and bathrooms are always CLEAN! The beach itself is vast, with lots of sand between dunes and water, leaving enough space for families to play and cars to drive.

What a Gem - Been coming here for over 60 years, used to run up and down the hills with my brothers. Great park with lots of trails and wild life. Super Rangers and hosts!

Great Park, but needs upkeeping though! - My family and I LOVE this park, however, the bathrooms are never clean and are always horribly kept. The bathrooms are almost always flooded by overflowing toilets and sinks. The smell is horrible. However, the beach itself is one of the most beautiful we have visited. I hope that they will be able to get the issues with the bathrooms resolved soon. My last visit was last week 6/12/13 and they were still in horrible condition. Also they have a great cafe available to purchase food and snacks after searching the beach and after the kids work up an appetite!

Camping here for years - Between my family and my boyfriends we have been camping here for 30 yrs and its a great camping area, you can walk to the beach but not much good food in town and the staff where you check in are rude

Regular Visits since 1962 - This has been a favorite destination most of my life. While it is more crowded now, it has never ceased to be an excellent boating destination and my all-time-fave shore-camping spot when boating the SJI region.

Memories - I just found out my Grandparents owned this land before the camp and before the Conservation corps. My Grandparents had to move to a farm outside Dayton.
