review rating - 1 to 5 stars A Home Away from Home - Lovely campground filled with trees, nice roomy campsites, very well kept grounds, & huge lake with great fishing. We especially fell in love with Camp Hosts Al & Lynn- they were great.... along with everyone else there!

review rating - 1 to 5 stars Great camping experience!!! - Spacious sites , clean restrooms, friendly staff, well maintaned grounds.
review rating - 1 to 5 stars Perfect Getaway - This park is beautiful and easy to camp in. For the electrical sites, you just pull through- no backing in and there is plenty of space between campers. It is so quiet and peaceful here that it is the perfect place to relax and go fishing.
review rating - 1 to 5 stars TRSP Awesome Park & Staff - I find this park a relaxing place to just spend time with nature! You can hike trails, roadways or just wander around, you never know what might cross your path and just get a chance to see nature at its best. This spring alone for me lots of birds, mink, fawn, deer, beaver, squirrels, rabbits, frogs, hawks....just take time and enjoy them! The staff is very friendly and will to help andnaswer questions and can always run into nice folks to chat with....its close by and with gas so highreally makes the best place to just take a break for a hike, walk, biking, a picnic and camping....

review rating - 1 to 5 stars One of the nations best - We have traveled the 48 states, camping as we go. This was one of the most impressive and well maintained parks, clean & neat facilities, and the park staff and management were curteous and professional hosts. We will be back.

review rating - 1 to 5 stars - its frustrating trying to use the 90day window..to reserv and then yet, someone else can get in there and reserv way past the 90 day window... online park reservations are MESSED UP.. or should i say maybe set a to just let certain people reserv...? I was waiting for the window time frame to open up for sunday july 3rd, but come to find out its already booked.. even thou its outside the 90 day window... woow!! imagine that, and my guess it will be the same person in that spot as last year.. good ol boy system.!! well we will go else where!!
review rating - 1 to 5 stars wonderful but not well known - It has been many years since I have been to this great place but it has always been a favorite for both my family and me.The Mandan village as well as the old forts (both infantry and the cavalry ) are way cool! The scenery and the general feel of the place leaves no doubt that you are in the west.I do hope to visit again soon.
