Camping - This was the worst camp ground , we booked 3 months ahead of time , told them the size of our trailer, they gave us a tent sight and said take it or leave, everything else was booked after complaining we got nowhere
Noisy - If youre looking for relatively quiet place, this is not it Traffic noise airplanes overhead is constant. Only one dump hookup means you could wait an hour. Bathrooms not generally clean much of the day. Under staffed.
Very full Still awesome - We are on our way home from Wilderness State Park as I type. We loved every minute of our 4 days there Every part of the place was full and you still felt alone. Beautiful park WE WILL BE BACK
Enjoy the grounds but TICKS everywhere - We have been coming here yearly since 2015 and we like the campground and have made friends nearby that we enjoy coming to visit with every year. However, this year, 2019, the ticks were everywhere. They were climbing on our food tent, our trailer, water jugs on the table outside and our 8 year old had one embed itself in his back. So scary and still watching for after effects. Nothing yet but it has only been about three weeks. With Lyme disease on the rise, this incident has me rethinking camping here again.
Don Bird - Aloha is our favorite state park, its clean quite, the ranger is nice, the only thing they need to put in new bathrooms, our kids grew up camping there and want to continue camping there, WE will be starting to camp there again soon.
