- I was there 30 minutes and caught 2 fish. The lake is small yes but for a place to take children and or some quite time for your self its a great spot. 
- My father proposed to mom at Lake Nimrod 50 years ago. I stumbled upon the dam many years later and when I told them where I took the picture, the story came out. They celebrate their Golden Anniversary this weekend! 
- great camping spot, river and lake right there and the personnel are very kind
