Bicycling
Biking enthusiasts should be aware that the park offers a 2.5-mile trail, suitable for both beginners and experienced riders.

However, it's important to note this path is shared with hikers; caution must always be exercised.

The terrain varies from flat stretches to slightly challenging inclines which can test your endurance levels subtly.

Remember though: safety first! Always wear helmets and other protective gear when biking in these areas.

Also, respect nature by staying on designated trails only - don't venture off into unmarked territory or private property nearby.

Lastly, keep an eye out for wildlife crossing paths as they are common within the area.

October 12 Wilderness in the big city
park review stars; one to five We loved it. One trail was a bit hard to find....you need to cross the ravine it is dry and there are 2 concrete pipes you need to cross...this is well before the huge staircase.....You feel like you are in a large wilderness. We will definitely go back. Beautiful....we really enjoyed the fall colors.
August 11
park review stars; one to five Have lived in the area for many years and have been pleased to watch it evolve to what it is today. Unfortunately, on my recent visit August 9, 2020, the garbage was unbelievable. Spilling out of the cans and scattered all over both front shelters - grounds and tables. In this time of covid and distancing, I was meeting a friend there and bringing coffee to be outside and social distance. It was very disappointing and unfortunate. Hoping this was an isolated incident and has been cleaned up.
April 18 Disc golf by H. Garrison
park review stars; one to five They need to install the disc golf course again. The park was used and enjoyed by so many people until they removed the old course.
