August 20 Beautiful, well-maintained park!
My husband and I stayed at Lake Buffalo. The forest was beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife! It was just a short drive to Spruce Knob where we visited the highest peak in West Virginia! I would love to come back!

This park is the best I have been to in the Virginia and West Virginia area. The landscapes constantly change from meadow to deep forest or rocky water way. I definitely plan on taking many more hiking trips here.
November 15 Dolly Sods
Dolly Sods is an amazing park to visit. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a day trip or a week long adventure. I will definitely be making a return visit.
