June 26 One of our favorite parks! by Park Hopper...

I love this park. It is small compared to some others that we have been too, but there is so much to do. It is quiet and the campsites are very nice. Wooded and private. You can rent a canoe and canoe down Pikes Creek to the Mississippi. There is also a nice playground. Lots of great hiking trails. The bathrooms are well kept and clean. Pikes creek runs right behind the campsite. Bring your mosquito repellant. Just a great, great park! I plan to go back again.
