November 25 Trapping is allowed

Idaho allows trapping. 2 dogs have been killed in traps at English Point. Traps can be 5 feet from the center of the trail. Be aware.

September 16 A beautiful place to trail ride!

Gorgeous, easy trails, 4 bridges, and mostly courteous users. 1, 2, or 3.8 mile trails. Just remember, those of you who jog or bike with dogs, if the dog is not leashed and goes after a horse, Kootenai County Law allows the horseperson to shoot your dog. Keep them under your control (leash or verbal) at all times! Safer for all concerned. Children all love these trails, as there are things to see, and a nice footing to walk or run on. Fully maintained, bathrooms provided, and some nice views.
