Crystal, the smallest of the reservoirs, has shoreline fishing for brown trout, rainbow trout and kokanee salmon. Also, enjoy boating while at Crystal (15 horsepower limit). There are no picnic tables, water supply, comfort stations, and is day- use only?very natural. There are a limited number of reservable campsites at the Tumbleweed and Camp Russell campgrounds. Aspen Grove campground is next to a free public horse corral for those visitors who would like to camp with horses.

Within the park is Hynds Lodge, which is listed on the National Register, and an amphitheater available for concerts, theater productions and many other cultural activities. Bicycling
When considering biking options, it's important to be aware of your skill level and trail conditions. The park offers a variety of trails for different experience levels.

For beginners, the "Stone Temple Circuit" is an easier route that allows riders to enjoy scenic views without technical challenges. Intermediate cyclists might prefer "Crystal Ridge Rider," which provides moderate difficulty with some elevation changes and obstacles.

Advanced bikers can test their skills on "Canine Trail." It features steep terrain and requires strong bike handling abilities. Always wear appropriate safety gear when tackling difficult paths like this one.

The high-altitude environment demands proper hydration; carry sufficient water regardless of trail choice. Weather in the area can change rapidly-be prepared for sudden shifts while riding any path within the park boundaries.
Trails
The trails are in an alpine environment. The trails are currently snow covered and will likely remain snow covered until late March. Please contact the park for the most current trail conditions.
