| State Park Overview: |
| Warren Dunes State Park provides 1,950 acres of recreational opportunities along the beautiful shore of Lake Michigan in southwestern Michigan. The rugged dune formation rises 240 feet above the lake and offers spectacular views and excellent hang gliding. The park has more than two miles of shoreline, six miles of hiking trails and is open year-round. |

Worst State Park in Michigan!
Avoid this catastrophe at all costs! Super small campsites,located next to the freeway, and a train blowing his horn all night long will insure that you get NO SLEEP. The beach is dirty, and the bathrooms are unbelievably disgusting. Toilets overflowing everywhere. I would NEVER recommend this park to anyone.

Our favorite family destination
A lot of fun trails for family and nice swimming beach. Beach store had everything needed if anything was forgotten. Primitive camping was great!

Fun beach
I recommend the beach and the dunes! We had a ball in the surf with out saltwater.

Beautiful views everywhere
Having to climb the tallest dunes is always rewarding when you get to see for miles ...and the forest growing right into the sand is almost otherworldly....Awesome place to relax and get away from stress.

Best swimming on Southern Lake Michigan
This park is a great place for Chicagoans like me to take a dip in the lake on a summer day. The big dune is amazing and a challenge to climb. I have never camped here.

One of our favorite parks!
We loved staying at Warren Dunes state park. Nice lots. Spacious camping. Family fun. Activities. Has a busy beach but great for early morning walks and beautiful sunsets.. We just had a blast! I have a 14 and 16 year old and that is were they always want to go....
