February 2 No one handling walk in customers by no service

Went to the Stephan Foster State park today 2/2/11. Wanted to do a boat ride. Went in the east entrance thru Fargo,GA. They had a sign, no boat rides- low water on the registration building bulletin Board outside the door and on the counter inside. Went inside (twice) could hear voices in the back but could not get anyone to come to front counter. Left disapointed. Did see a 3ft gator,turtle and a white crane on the 25-30 mile drive to the registration building but was very disapointed about no boat ride and no one to at least talk to
