Many years ago when I was a boy, my father and I, the late Warren K. Page of Field & Stream fame, had the great pleasure of hunting at the farm in the winter. There was a cook there named Kelser, whose crabcake lunches and duck dinners were exceptionally delicious. Do have the receipes he used by any chance? Would love to see them...
