October 6 Put this on your bucket list! by John Parker
We did fall hikes and were BLOWN AWAY!! Yes, some trails were so easy there were more people there than I care for but, the views were worth it all!! I could be most happy living the rest of my days in those mountains!

Love the fact that we can take our dogs hiking. Have no problems keeping them on a leash but hiking is the perfect exercise for them and they are family same as kids
August 23 one of the nations best by Jerry
I have gone to Medicine Bow national Forest pretty much every year since I was six ( 45 now) . I LOVE IT. I go camping in Nash fork Campground, fish in mirror lake and lake marie. I dont go on many trails as I am in a wheelchair and hiking mountain trails is difficult for me. The one thing I dont like which seems to be opposite of most people posting are all the ORVs and ATVs that are being allowed in the park. It is usually very calm and quiet which is why I go there, but when I hear all the racket from the ORVs and ATVs it makes me feel as if I never left the city.Overall I LOVE this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Love to hike in Medicine Box except for one thing: The loose dogs. Why do we have to let dogs ruin the hiking experience?

My family always go to Medicane Bow National Forest every summer for 4th of July. We always enjoy the buetiful nature of it and every time we go its a new adventure like last year the road broke from the river. Everything thing that we see and experiance is a big part that I love and will never forget. Also I love the town Cenntenial. Its a great fun town for fireworks. Barber lake is a lot of fun. Also our dogs love going there cause there is new things to experiance for them. In conclusion, I love Medicane National Forest and its an honor to be able to go every year.

They had the best trails around for awhile untill they started shuting them all down like in cedar pass. Makes me wonder were the money we spend on the orv permits is used.

July 29 Great Hiking Area by woodwired
One of the best hiking areas in Wyoming.
July 15 Medicine bow, Mirror lake picnic/sugarlo by Larry Mullison
why does the forest service spend two summers making needed repairs and upgrades to Mirror lake picnic area/ sugarloaf picnic and camping area and then on July 4, 2009 the road to these two area are still drifted shut and a car or truck cannot drive in. They are access to many hiking areas, beautiful areas for a picnic or camping. Many people use them . This is a bit late this year but it is the same each year. No one, not the state road department or the forest service or a private contractor grades the drifts out of thse roads. I think it is extreemly poor management and judgement on whom ever manages these parks.
December 23 My Best Memories
I have a cabin here that has been in my family for three generations. I have traveled so many trails here, rode dirt bikes, ATVs and GoKarts in places that we probably shouldnt have and created some of the best memories here. I trust that you will love it here as much as I do...it is a place that you surely dont want to miss. Not to mention, Saratoga is only 40 minutes away! :)
