Someone posted that the park has Mountain Bike Only Trails, this is not true all trails in the park are multi-use for all users.
September 6 Equine Park Trails by Sherrykup
I had a wonderful weekend at Jubilee, many trails to ride, we rode 3 hours easily our first afternoon. A lot of nice horse people all campers were friendly and many asked if we wanted to join them for a group ride. We did on our second day and rode for nearly 4 hours it was so enjoyable! We Will go back as much as possible!
June 28 Aweosme Park
they do have electric at the campgrounds, unless you camp at the primitive sites. They also have water at the majority of the pavillions and great shower facilities. By far one of the greatest parks in Central Il for Trail running, hiking, biking and horseback.
April 26 Call first if trails are open!
There are tons of horse trails, mostly unmarked so a gps may be helpful. You need to call first to make sure the equestrian campground/trails are open. They were closed the majority of last year due to rain. Campground has no electric, not sure why someone would think it is better than the other campgrounds.

December 2 Spend Time Here! by Ben
Jubilee State Park has an excellent network of mountain bike only trails which are well maintained by PAMBA - the Peoria Area Mountain Bike Association. It also has a huge network of equestrian and hiking trails. The park is actually huge and there are lots of areas to explore. There are well maintained if somewhat horse - overused trails throughout the whole park. The campground is nice, but the horse campground is even nicer.
