Park Visitor: Comments, Memories and Reviews
May 28 A peaceful family environment by William E. Murray Jr.
I grew up knowing Giant Springs where the wildlife is free to tandelize you and the river captivates your soul. There is so much history from both the Native Americans and the explorers that followed. To see the trout in the springs and the mud sparrows in the river rocks and the deer in the park is really peaceful. The rushing falls of the springs into the river. To see the depth of the spring and taste of its freshness; then witness the power of the Missouri River is breath taking. You can see the great buffalo heards which once roamed the hills and river breaks and see the magisty of the series of falls that encompass the area. It truly is a worth while visit for you and your family; one you will never forget.
